Where do I send my written grant proposal?
I want to attend college but can not afford it, so I decieded to try to get a grant. I wrote a grant proposal but, with so many agencies how do I find the right one(s) to send it to?

First, you find a grant you want to apply for and THEN do the necessary paperwork. If you are wanting to apply for a grant to go to college, you do not need to do a "proposal" you need to fill out a fafsa at http://fafsa.ed.gov
Most grant "proposals" are for people to do things in the community like start a nutrition awareness program in the area or aid other social service agencies in the area.
