HELP! I need a sample thank you letter for funds received from a foundation!!!?

Can someone help me? I really need a sample thank you letter from the point of view of an organization who has just received a large grant (such as one for operating support) from a foundation. I was only able to find samples for individual giving on the web. Pleas help!!! I need to know if it is formatted and worded in a similar manner!! Thank you thank you!!
A thank you letter does not have to follow a rigid format. You should be able to adapt any examples you already have and address them to the foundation. Make sure that your letter acknowledges their donation, and ensure that you are thankful and professional and you should be perfectly fine.
