Non Profit Grant Blog

Everything about finding grants and how to write grant proposals that are effective.

How do I apply for a government grant for a non-profit business? Is the application process similar to one for a profit business?

Yes. You still have to go to Grants.gov http://www.grants.gov and apply there. You first need to register your organization by following these steps:

1. Request a DUNS Number
2. Register with Central Contractor Registry (CCR)
3. Authorize your Organization’s Representatives
4. Login as an E-Business Point of Contact (POC)
