   Log off of Yahoo answers and stat researching the subject online. Every grant has requirements for a proposal, spend your time researching the anwers. As far as I know, Yahoo does not pay the bills, getting approved for a grant will. YOU DO THE MATH AND THE WORK.

   You could ask a grantwriter to do it for you as a volunteer by searching at Idealist or Volunteer Match:
