   They are called "Grant Writers".

   Go to Craigslist under services. Find or ask for a
   "Freelance Grant Writer". Under your agreement only
   pay and agreed amount based on accomplished grants, not
   just those who receive nothing. Although it is less likely you
   will find a seasoned Grant Writer with this approach you may
   find one who needs to have a resume under their belt.
   Get everything in writing and make sure this person has
   no hidden agenda from getting this list from you. Another
   word…they too are working to find grants simular to yours
   or they will be sending in duel grants for your cause and
   another.

   There are hundreds of fundraising consultants in every city who can do it.

   GOOGLE.

   You can also do it yourself.
   Just read the RFP and follow the directions to the letter.

   To find a someone to help you write grants, you can search online to find associations for grant writers. The Association for Fundraising Professionals (AFP) is another potential source for grant writers, though this organization is for all types of fundraisers, not just grant writers.
