You wont be able to see the proposals that other people did but you can find who got grants, for how much, and when they were awarded. I think they provide an application too. If you hit the Grant Writing for Dummies, I believe the author includes a copy of their submitted grant proposal that got them some money. Otherwise there really isn't much out there on grants.
