One Stop Write Shop is a website for creative writers; it is also in transition to becoming a publishing company (to publish books written by people with disabilities).
Disability.Gov is an extraordinary website — you have to check out! There are resources of grants, scholarships ADA Laws/ History of Disabilities, and a lot of valuable leads for employment type of opportunities.
Grants.Gov is a first step to locating available grants in your area.

"Already-written proposals" are usually difficult to find, via print or the Internet, because they are typically very specific to the organization requesting funding as well as to the donor's mission, and they work only within that context. However, there are some resources you can review and adapt to your organization's own situation.
